- Your order list. Designs, colours, sizes and quantities you add are stored in your own browser. If you sign in, your order list is also saved to your account so it is available on your other devices.
- Account details. If you sign in with Google or with your email address, we receive your name and email address. You may also add your business name, country and phone number.
- Orders and enquiries. When you send an order list or an enquiry, we keep its contents and your contact details so our team can verify it, contact you and process your order.
- WhatsApp. When you contact us on WhatsApp, your message and phone number are handled by WhatsApp and seen by our team.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the website securely and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
- To show you the catalogue, keep your order list and let you sign in.
- To verify your orders, contact you about them and arrange payment and shipping.
- To answer your questions and improve our range and service.
- To keep the website secure.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your Google account for anything other than signing you in.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run mysmar — such as Cloudflare (hosting), Google (sign-in) and shipping partners for confirmed orders — and only as needed for those services, or where the law requires it.
Cookies
We use a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in and your browser's local storage to keep your order list. If we add advertising or analytics tools, we will update this policy.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed for our business and legal records. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
